The SPARK R Ltd is our latest foil racing sail, building on the success of the IRIS R MK2, the winning design of the 2024 PWA World Cup.
It embodies the results of extensive collaboration with Nicolas Goyard & Pierre Mortefon, combined with rigorous R&D efforts.
Key features include:
Reinforced construction, with 80% of the sail made from laminated mesh X-ply Dyneema for enhanced durability.
Enhanced sleeve design for improved longevity, while still maintaining a soft, lightweight feel.
Radial clew construction to align fibers precisely according to stress points.
Optimized shape for better efficiency in the lower wind range, while ensuring stability and comfort in high winds.
Improved camber rotation, thanks to a refined luff curve and camber line.
