Shipping Costs and Taxes

The shipping costs for your order are calculated based on the dimensions, weight of your cart and your delivery address. To determine the shipping costs for an item, simply add the item to your cart and check it. Please note that if you are not logged into your customer account, you will only have to fill your email and address with your country.

The term "shipping costs" is a generic term that includes all fees related to the processing and delivery of your order: order processing, inspection and packaging of items, and shipping by the carrier. We ship worldwide; however, for certain items (boards), we may not be able to offer competitive rates to certain destinations. If you wish to purchase these items, we encourage you to contact our Export Department and to consult with a freight forwarder to obtain a quote.

Any custom duties and other fees related to the import of goods will be invoiced by the carrier, who will contact you for payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about the applicable duties and taxes at the delivery address.

Our website does not handle ex tax (without 20% French VAT) orders if you are based outside the European Union. In this case, please contact our service team.
